Punjab Educational Endowment Fund PEEF is offering scholarships 2014 for the special quota for intermediate and graduation. These scholarships are to support the students that can’t afford the expenditures of the higher study. PEEF has a mission to minimize the illiteracy rate in Punjab and then in Pakistan. Punjab educational and endowment is launched by the government of Punjab on behalf of the chief minister of Punjab, Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. PEEF is established under the section 42 of the companies’ ordinance, 1984. When PEEF started its functioning it has seed money of Rs. 2 billion, which after huge struggle is raised to the Rs. 9 Billion. All this is due to the efforts of the Punjab government to increase the literacy rate. Despite to this being a respected citizen of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, it is the basic right of citizens that government supports them in their basic needs. Punjab educational endowment fund started its functioning in 2009 and since that it keeps launching different scholarship programs for the needy and meritorious students. Punjab PEEF Special Quota Scholarship 2014 For Intermediate And Graduation
Special quota categories
- Orphan students.
- The children of government officer of grade 1 to 4.
- Students related to the minority religion.
- Special (Paralyzed) students.
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarships
- The students having Punjab province domicile.
- Matric / intermediate with minimum 60% marks from BISE or FBISE.
- Must be applied for the regular admission in intermediate or graduation.
- The total income of the parents must be 15,000 or below.
- A stamp paper must be written about the total monthly income and should be submitted along with application.
