Shahbaz Sharif has announced the dates and list of cities for Laptop scheme Distribution for matric students. These date and cities are mentioned here for your convenience. For the first time in the history of Punjab, matriculation students are included in the distribution of Laptops. Shahbaz Sharif on behalf of government of Punjab has launched this scheme in Punjab. Under this scheme all the candidates who have secured 78% marks in the annual examination of the 10th class will be eligible for this scheme. It is stated that 100,000 laptops are announced to be distributed under this scheme. Shahbaz Sherif had announced such schemes in past. A huge number of laptops were distributed in the students of higher education. All these are little efforts to increase the interest of students in studies. Such schemes are also inspiring the students and attracting them towards better education. There are no limits of private or regular institutes, only what needed is to be qualified through any of the Punjab education boards. 19-11-2014 : Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Okara
20-11-2014 : Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Layyah, Muzafargarh, Lahore (Girls)
22-11-2014 : Sialkot, Lahore (Queen Mary College)
24-11-2014 : Narowal
27-11-2014 : Mandi Bahuddin

The matriculation students who are eligible and are applicants of this all new laptop scheme are informed that officials have not yet given any statement regarding to the dates for distribution of these laptops. CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif is personally monitoring this distribution and awarding these laptops with his own hand. So it is assumed to be a time consuming procedure. Candidates are recommended to have patience as this distribution will go from city to city.
