   3737. If you have a prepaid sim of Telenor, then pick up your mobile and dial 3737 call charges are Rs. 2.64 Inc. tax.
   3738. If you have a sim of other networks, then call from your mobile on the helpline number is 042-111-003-737.
3. Talk to the agent by following the instructions and dialing the number that is guided by the operator on the call.
4. Ask the agent to cancel or return the transaction that is sent mistakenly. The security purposes, the agent gets some basic information and to ensure that your account is not hacked agent gets your TRX ID from you.
