Every year the pay scale is prepared after the announcement of the annual budget which is announced in the month of June and the basic salaries are scheduled in the month of July every year. There are total 1 to 22 grades of posts and the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) is opt to decide the per month package such as the basic salary of a BPS 1 employee is Rs. 7790/- but after adding allowances and other benefits it becomes Rs. 14, 840/-.
