Candidates can get application forms along with prospectus from Habib Bank Ltd. University Campus Branch, Board Branch and UBL Campus Branch as well as from the admissions on cell of the concerned college on the payment of Rs. 550/- from the date of 15 September, 2014. After getting the admission form,fill it dully and attach all the documents required for this admission such as Educational Certificates, CNIC, Domicile, Recent Passport Size photos and complete application shall be reach the respective college concerned by 4:00 pm on the date of 26 September, 2014.
