Story About Life of Bano Qudsia:
Bano Qudsia was born on 28 November 1928 in the place of Firozpur as with the birth name of Qudsia Chatta. Her father was a bachelor in agriculture and brother was a painter. As after the partition of India, she and her family migrated to Lahore. She did her graduation degree from Kinard College Lahore. Then, she later on joined Government College University (GCU). She completed her master degree in Urdu literature in the year 1951. She got married with Ashfaq Ahmad as they both met during their study in Government College University Lahore. She had three sons namely as Aneeque, Anees, and Aseer.

Bano Qudsia has wrote with so many of the novel along with the short stories and TV plays as well. Her novel by the name of Raja Gidh is part of new Urdu classic. Her novel Hasil Ghat was published in the year 2005.

Personal Rewards and Achievements of Bano Qudsia:
She was once honored with the award of Sitara-i-Imtiaz by Government of Pakistan. In 2010, she was honored with the title of Hilal-i-Imtiaz by the government of Pakistan in his services in literature. In the year 2012, she was given the honorary award of Kamal-e-Fun Award by the Pakistan Academy letters. During the same year Pakistan Life Care Foundation gave her with the lifetime achievement award .
Death of Bano Qudsia:
No doubt that the death of Bano Qudsia was a big loss and damage to the Urdu literature. Bano Qudsia died on 4 February 2017 at Ittefaq Hospital Lahore as at the age of 88. She left a valuable and everlasting treasure of literature as in the shape of her writings.Asghar Nadeem Syed declared “literary stalwart after Quratulain Haider”.
