ECP Election commission of Pakistan offers is conducting Local Bodies Election 2015 on 31th of October and according to my research after Military rule first time any democracy government announced local bodies’ election procedure. On beginning stage we want to mention this is a reality Military rule government always transferred power on low ground level politician because only local bodies’ election is the way where you will provide people small problem solution. ECP Election commission of Pakistan is still learning stage because different type of illegal activities related with local bodies election is continue but no one mechanism existing in Pakistan.

According to 2nd largest Pakistan party PTI chairmen, Army should be appoint on every polling station due to vote ragging problem but Election commission of Pakistan refused this demand due to number of army soldiers availability, here we want to identified one question who will decide Pakistan army number of solders is less for local bodies election ? this defiantly Pakistan army will decide if ECP send demand for army security for Local bodies election commission. After this type irregularities PTI chairman allegation will get strong evidence. In fact if army will hold this election then PML will win this local bodies election because this party position is strong as compare to PTI Punjab Local body’s candidates.

Local Bodies Election 2015 Phase 2 Schedule:
Phase 2 voting date is 19th of November 2015, according to Phase 2 Local bodies election Khanewal, Sahiwal, Toba Tek Singh, Chiniot, Sargodha, Mianwali, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Mandi Bahauddin, Attock, Jhelum and Hafizabad district will consider for election phase voting.
