It is the flagship talent development program Of CMPak which is working since 2013, to make fresh graduates as the leaders of the telecommunication industry. They hire fresh graduates who don’t have more than 1-year of work experience for the Graduate Trainee Officers (GTO) development plan which comprises on 18 months. This 18 months training includes classroom training, coaching, mentoring, and on the job training. The purpose of this training is to make candidates compatible with the telecommunication industry and to help Graduate Trainee Officers to acquire with the culture of Zong.
