The University of Health and Sciences Lahore opened admission for the MBBS and BDS programmes in public sector medical and dental colleges of Punjab for the session 2023 and for granting these admissions to the students UHS conducted entry test and every candidate seeking admission in any Medical and Dental institution of Punjab must have to pass the MDCAT test. UHS MDCAT entry test was conducted in August 2023 at Bahawalpur, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan and DG Khan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sialkot, Rawalpindi, and Hassan Abdal. UHS Expected merit 2023 date for MBBS and BDS is 85.5%. Last year the merit was 86.5% and it seems that the merit will decrease. It proves that so many students will be deprived off getting admission in the Medical and Dental institution of Punjab. This merit is too high for the students. As last year merit was 86 and now it has 50 points decreased.
