Application forms then must be filled up completely with authentic information. Incomplete and wrongly filled application forms will not be accepted. The candidates are then required to submit their application forms before the due date to apply. The officials of Sharif Medical and dental college have given a certain dead line after which no applications will be accepted. 8th November 2014 is the given dead line for submission of application forms. On submission of application forms the candidates are required to pay Rs. 2500/- as prospectus and processing fee.
