NTS offers you two main types of tests, the National Admission Test ”NAT” and the Graduate Assessment Test ”GAT” . NAT is aimed at students seeking admission to colleges and universities. GAT is aimed at graduates seeking admission to postgraduate education .Candidates want to get admission here in Kohat University of Science and Technology must have to pass the entry test to get admission here.

For BBA, Pharm-D and all BS Programs, entry test of ETEA-2015 for Medical and Engineering with 40% and 33% marks respectively or NAT conducted by NTS with 40% marks, while for BBS, MCS, all MA/MMSc, BEd and MEd programs, NAT conducted test by NTS must be passed with 40% Marks to get admission here in Kohat University of Science and Technology.Every student is required to submit a Degree Registration Form in person to the office of the respective Head of Department along with three recent passport size color photographs in the very first week of his arrival at KUST. The office of the HOD prepares a list of the registered students in a degree programs and forwards copies to the Director Academics and the Controller of Examinations.  A student shall not be allowed to register for more than one degree programs simultaneously.
