CAP Committee Extends Colleges Admission Date 2012.Under the Centralized admission policy committee extend admission of college in the city has been extended the date that is now 24 august 2012 on Friday.According to Centralized Admission Policy (CAP) Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Nasir Ansar, who is also the director-general of colleges in the province, the date has been extended due to the slow process throughout during Ramazan.He said that college admission process begin on 27 july and although our thought is that it was closed to 9 of august 2012 but there are some reason so that it was extended and now its on 24 august 2012.

1. Chairman Prof. Dr Nasir Ansar Although over 80 per cent of placement forms had been sold, the rate of form submission by candidates appeared very low during Ramazan,” he explained.
2. Giving another possible reason for the slow response from candidates, he said O-Level students were yet to receive their marks
sheets. “We had also received requests for an extension in the date,” he said on Friday.
3. Due to the late announcement of Matric class results this year, the CAP committee had not asked for the marks sheets of Matric students, but just a copy of their admit card for verification purpose. However, students from other cities seeking admission to local colleges as well as the O-Level and the technical certificate students are still supposed to submit copies of their marks sheets with the application forms.
