Government of Pakistan Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination(IPC Division) starts Cultural Exchange Scholarships Programme For Year 2013. This Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) has assigned the task of conducting the GRE (Local) subject wise test to the National Testing service (NTS) for the subject scholarships. Application are invited for study aboard under this best opportunity given by Government of Pakistan under the name of Cultural Exchange Scholarships Programme For Year 2013 for Masters and Ph.D studies in various subjects. This specific Scholarship are expected from China,Turkey,Romania,Czech Republic,Slovak Republic,Mexico,Greece,Russia,South Korea and Italy.

Cultural Exchange Scholarships Programme
The donor countries already going to participate in this Cultural Exchange Scholarships Programme For Year 2014 will also provides tuition fee, free accommodation and reasonable monthly stipend. The prospective candidates of Cultural Exchange Scholarships Programme must have completed Sixteen Years Education that must hold four (04) years B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture , B.Sc (Engg), BCS (Hons), MBBS or Master Degree in the relevant field. Those students still waiting for their Results are not allowed to go with this programme. The Final selection decision will be only made by donor country and there will be no change in their decision.
It is also mandatory to select Language course according too your donor country. The selection will be made upon two basis one is NTS Test Score and the other is Provincial/ Regional quota as per Govt. rules.Applicants having more than one second division in their academic career are not eligible to apply.Maximum age limit is 35 years on the closing date of applications.
