- Educational Qualification
For the admission in the dispenser course of session 2014 to 2015 the candidates are required to have minimum qualification of Matric in science with physics, chemistry and biology subjects. Minimum 45 % marks are required for the admission. The candidates having FSC pre medical with minimum 45 % marks and hafiz e Quran will be given extra score of 20 and 10 respectively.
- Age limit
All the candidates including government servants must not be more then 35 years old. There is no age limit for minimum age.

Terms and conditions
- The candidates will submit their admission forms at any of the hospitals mentioned on the domicile.
- The admission form can be collected from any hospital mentioned on the domicile after the payment of Rs. 70/-.
- The candidates are required to bring the attested copies of Matric certificate, domicile, CNIC/ B.form and passport sized two photographs.
Last date for the submission of application forms: 10th November 2014.
Merit list for the selected candidates will be announced on: 22nd November 2014
