application forms can also be downloaded from the official web site of the college. Downloaded form must be sent along with a draft of Rs 1500/- in the favor of Pak International Medical College Peshawar.

Required qualification

• Sc (Pre-Medical)/ A-Level Qualification from an institute that is recognized.
• Minimum marks in F.Sc should be not less than 50%

Required documents

1. Certificate of secondary school along with detailed marks certificate.
2. Sc certificate with detailed marks certificate.
3. Candidates are required to submit a character certificate.
4. A photocopy of father/ Guardian CNIC.
5. Candidate must also bring his Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
6. Photocopy of CNIC
7. Passport sized three colored photographs are also required.
