My ATM card has expired.I am trying to speak to services officer since weeks,but each time,a recorded voice welcomes me,that officers are busy.No one bothers to pick the phone or receive the call.

Calling from a month and not a single time they pick.. I went branch they said call helpline to activate.. I took my salary by check. Again I need to activate it bcoz of holidays they LL not give me money by cheque :'( hell disappointed and frustrated

HBL is not providing proper customer service to activate our card we have to wait for so long and call did not connect to the helpline operator. this is so frustrating.

I m calling help line 111 111 425 since last 4 days but no body bothered to pick my call .
whenever i call a recorded voice runs that all officers of HBL r busy to other customers and ur call very soon transferred to HBL officer but in vain. this is very shame for BHL
