The candidates who are willing to get admissions in Pharm-D a the University of Karachi are required to be eligible according to the criteria given by the officials. Willing but eligible candidates are informed that admission forms can be obtained from UBL, Silver Jubilee Gate booth, University of Karachi Branch. Admissions forms will be available from November 2025. Admission forms will be issued after a payment of Rs. 2,000/- only. Admission forms will be given only during office timings.

The candidates who are willing to get admissions at UOK are informed that admission forms can only be submitted latest November 2025. After this date no admission forms will be accepted.
