English language speaking problem is very big issue for Asian countries people included Pakistani People. This is a reality if any person native language is not English then yes English speaking major issue but according to my personal experience and short deep research through batter English language environment, you can speak English fluently. In Pakistani different private school are giving quality educations through English speaking environment that is the reason private school students can speak in English fluently.

i like it infact you are saying right because mostly peoples of Pakistan for a big issue to speak english because in Pakistan mostly peoples are illiterate and pakistan going left day by day …so this is a huge problem for pakistan that they not doing prepare their educational departments if they only improve their educational department so i think pakistan can be develop soon.
